1. Introduction

Welcome to ShootSolo, a voice-controlled video camera app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using ShootSolo. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. User Accounts

  • Users can log in to ShootSolo using their Gmail or Apple ID.
  • By logging in, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information for authentication purposes.

3. In-App Transactions

  • The old version of the app (before version 2.0) offers in-app purchases to enhance your experience, such as premium features or ad-free usage.
  • All purchases made through the app are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • Payments are processed securely through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device.

4. Advertisements

The old version of the app (before version 2.0) contains rewarded ads that may provide users with additional features or benefits. By using the app, you consent to the display of these ads. We strive to ensure that the ads are appropriate and non-intrusive.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

ShootSolo uses Firebase Analytics to collect usage data that does not directly identify you, to improve app performance and user experience. We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, such as Google Firebase and our email delivery provider, or when required by law. We may use your email address for account-related communication, such as changes to our terms or privacy policy, and for important app update announcements. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the app's design, logo, and features, are the intellectual property of ShootSolo and protected under applicable copyright laws. You are not permitted to use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must not misuse the app, including but not limited to reverse engineering, modifying, or attempting to exploit the app's functionality in any unauthorized way. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShootSolo is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShootSolo and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app if we suspect any violation of these terms or unlawful activity.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
